PINEY WOODS QUARTET
A few years back, I purchased an electronic gizmo called a harmonizer.
I connected a mic to it and sang the melody of a song. The harmonizer
generated four part harmony . The recording quality is poor. My vocals
are even worse but maybe you'll find the songs of some interest.

In the early 1990's I decided to write some songs. After I wrote a song
I would then go to Mikron Recording Studios in South Pittsburg, TN to
record my song. It was one of the high points of my life. Mike Headrick,
the owner of the studio would take my basic melody and do the
instrumentation and produce and engineer the recording.Besides being a
top notch instrumentalist and producer, Mike is a very cordial and hospitable
person. To hear an example of his expertise, click on the link below. It is the
instrumental backing for one of the songs I recorded.
